Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. candied cherries
  • 1/2 lb. candied pineapple
  • 1 can Eagle Brand milk
  • 1 large box Nilla wafers
  • 1 small can coconut
  • 1/2 lb. white raisins
  • 1 lb. pecans
  • 1 lb. English walnuts

Instructions

  1. Roll out the vanilla wafers with a dough roller.
  2. Combine candied cherries, candied pineapple, Eagle Brand milk, coconut, white raisins, pecans, and English walnuts in a dishpan and work them together.
  3. Press the mixture firmly into a tube pan lined with the rolled wafers.
  4. Refrigerate the cake for 36 hours before cutting and serving.
