Ingredients

  • 2 egg whites
  • 2/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Whip egg whites and sugar until stiff peaks form.
  3. Fold in the chocolate chips and chopped pecans.
  4. Drop teaspoonfuls of the mixture onto foil-covered cookie sheet.
  5. Insert the cookie sheet into the preheated oven.
  6. Immediately turn off the oven and leave the meringues overnight.
  7. Do not peek! Remove them in the morning.
