Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 can enchilada sauce
  • 1 can refried beans
  • 3 Tbsp. Williams chili seasoning (optional)
  • flour tortilla shells

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef; mix in enchilada sauce and refried beans. Add chili seasoning, if desired.
  2. Put in flour tortilla shells and fry until light brown.
  3. Pour Ro-Tel cheese dip over them and top with chili beans and cheese.
