Sand Tarts(Sandkake)

Instructions
- Cream butter and sugar until almost white.
- Add eggs, one at a time.
- Add flavoring.
- Add flour slowly; do this by hand, as it will be too heavy for the mixer.
- Place about 1 teaspoon into sandkake tin and form to shape of tin.
- Trim off excess.
- Place on cookie sheet.
- Bake at 325° for about 20 minutes.
- Cool thoroughly in pans.
- Turn upside down and lightly squeeze side of tin to remove sandkake.
