Saucy Chops

Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops (1/2 to 3/4-inch thick)
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/4 c. black olives, sliced
  • 1/4 c. water
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 c. mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce

Instructions

  1. Brown chops; sprinkle with salt, pepper and chili powder. Mix green onions, olives, mushrooms, water and tomato sauce.
  2. Pour over chops and cover pan.
  3. Cook over low heat until chops are tender, approximately 1 hour.
