Sausage Cannoli
Sausage Cannoli combines the rich, savory flavors of Italian sausage with the sweetness of bell peppers and the creamy texture of mozzarella cheese, all wrapped in a flaky crescent roll. This dish is perfect for gatherings or as a hearty appetizer for sausage lovers.

- Cut the sausages into 3-inch pieces or smaller to make 32 pieces.
- Remove the skin from the sausages and roll them between your hands to make them slimmer and firm.
- Parboil the sausages, then take them out of the water and brown the meat in a Teflon pan.
- Set aside to cool.
- Cut the peppers into 3/4 inch strips and then cut each strip in half to make pieces about 1 1/2 inches long.
- Parboil the peppers in the same liquid used for the meat.
- Cut the cheese into 18 pieces, each 1/4 inch wide, and then cut again in half to make 36 pieces.
