Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 5 apples, peeled, cored and sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • cinnamon to taste

Instructions

  1. Melt margarine in a heavy skillet over low heat.
  2. Add the peeled, cored, and sliced apples, stirring until coated with margarine.
  3. Cover and sauté, shaking the skillet occasionally to prevent sticking, for 5 to 10 minutes or until apples are tender.
  4. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon before serving.
