Instructions
- Pour half the oil into a large skillet to coat bottom.
- Place salmon in pan.
- Pour remaining oil over top and add onion, olives and pepper.
- Saute about 15 minutes, covered.
- Serve alongside boiled potatoes, yucca or rice.
