Ingredients

  • 500 grams ground beef
  • 1 each onions chopped
  • 200 grams mushrooms, button sliced
  • 3 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Fry the chopped onion and sliced mushrooms for 2 min, add the beef mince and fry for another 3 min.
  2. Add the tomato paste, salt and pepper.
  3. Add 1 cup of water and simmer for 10 min.
  4. Now...there are so may things you can add if you want, don't over spice it, see what you have in the fridge, if you have, try some basil, thyme or oregano.
  5. Make a cheese sauce or garlic sauce to compliment the mince.
  6. Serve with baked potatoes (spuds), on toast, even with boiled eggs for breakfast.
  7. Use your imagination, filled green and red peppers....filled anything....the options are endless.
  8. Low Budget...quick...easy...tasty
