  • 1 lb. scallops
  • 3 Tbsp. margarine
  • 8 slices bacon
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Cook the scallops in margarine for 5 minutes.
  2. Cut the bacon into 2-inch pieces.
  3. Arrange the bacon and scallops alternately on skewers.
  4. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  5. Insert the skewers into uncooked potato halves so they will stand upright.
  6. Bake at 475°F for 20 minutes.
