Ingredients

  • 1 lb. boneless chicken strips
  • 1/2 lb. hot Italian sausage
  • 1/2 large Spanish onion
  • 4 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 to 3/4 c. olive oil
  • 8 oz. pepperoncini peppers, cut in half
  • pinch of thyme
  • salt to taste
  • penne pasta
  • 1/2 c. white wine

Instructions

  1. Using 1/2 of oil, saute onions and garlic with wine for about 2 minutes. Add
  2. sausage.
  3. Cook
  4. on medium until sausage is cooked.
  5. Add chicken and rest
  6. of
  7. oil, the thyme and salt. Cook with cover on for
  8. about
  9. 10
  10. minutes
  11. or
  12. until
  13. cooked, stirring occasionally.
  14. Cook
  15. pasta as desired.
  16. Serve mixture over pasta. Sprinkle with hot peppers.
