Ingredients

  • 7 1/2 c. mashed potatoes
  • 4 1/2 c. flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 c. bread crumbs*
  • 4 Tbsp. butter

Instructions

  1. Boil and mash potatoes.
  2. Add eggs when potatoes cool, then add flour.
  3. Place dough on a floured board.
  4. Roll it out to 1/2 to 1-inch diameter.
  5. Cut into 1-inch piece.
  6. Put into boiling water for 10 minutes.
