Ingredients

  • 4 c. (29 oz.) red tomatoes
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 to 1/2 small onion, scraped

Instructions

  4. together and chill several hours before serving.
  5. Cut tomatoes in half. Serve in a bowl and use a spoon to drink
