Scotch Cake Icing

Ingredients

  • 1 stick margarine
  • 4 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1 box powdered sugar
  • 1 c. pecans
  • 6 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. coconut

Instructions

  1. Five minutes before cake is done, place in saucepan used in making the cake.
  2. Bring ingredients to a boil.
  3. Remove from heat and add powdered sugar, vanilla, coconut and pecans.
  4. Mix and spread on cake while both are still hot.
