- Cook in a saucepan over medium heat until mixture boils, corn syrup and sugar.
- Remove from heat; stir in peanut butter (can be crunchy).
- Add and mix Rice Krispies.
- Press mixture in buttered 13 x 9-inch pan.
- Let harden. Melt over low heat; stir to blend the chocolate chips and butterscotch chips.
- Spread over Krispies mixture in pan.
- Chill until top is firm.
- Cut into bars.
