Ingredients

  • 6 eggs or Egg Beaters equivalent
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 lb. breakfast sausages, cooked and cut into small pieces
  • 4 slices bread cubes
  • 1 c. shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan and layer bread cubes and cooked sausage in the bottom of the pan.
  2. In a bowl, beat eggs, milk, and salt together, then fold in shredded cheese.
  3. Pour the egg mixture over the bread and sausage in the pan.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes until set and golden.
