Scrambled Eggs With Ham

Instructions
- Melt butter in top of double boiler over boiling water. Combine eggs with cream, salt and pepper.
- Beat with rotary beater until well blended.
- Pour into top of double boiler.
- Cook eggs over boiling water, stirring occasionally 10 minutes.
- Add diced ham to eggs and cook, stirring several minutes longer or until eggs are of desired doneness.
- Stir in chives.
- Add more salt and pepper, if necessary.
- Makes 4 servings.
