Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. sea scallops
  • 2 eggs, beaten or 3 egg whites, beaten (low cholesterol)
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 c. soda crackers, ground fine
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • sprinkle of white pepper
  • 1 tsp. thyme
  • 1/4 tsp. fresh dill or dill weed

Instructions

  1. Season crackers
  2. with seasonings.
  3. Dip scallops in egg mixture, then in crumbs, coating thoroughly.
  4. Arrange scallops on baking
