Ingredients

  • 8 oz. seashell macaroni, cooked
  • 10 oz. sharp cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 c. tomatoes or 1 can spaghetti sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar

Instructions

  1. Cook the seashell macaroni until tender, then drain.
  2. Add the sharp cheese cut into small pieces, butter, sugar, and tomatoes or spaghetti sauce to the cooked macaroni.
  3. Mix well to combine all ingredients thoroughly.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish.
  5. Top with additional cheese if desired.
  6. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 30 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
