- 1. Put the five pancake ingredients in a bowl in the order listed then whisk together quickly and lightly.
- 2. Heat a square non-stick griddle on low for about 5 minutes to get evenly warm. run the butter lightly over the pan
- 3. Using a 1/4 cup measure, ladle the batter, making 4 pancakes at a time.
- 4 When bubbles start to form then pop, turn the pancakes with a spatula.
- 5. Repeat or save any excess batter in the fridge for the next day.
