Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Heat ghee in a pan add seviyan & fry till golden brown.
  2. Soak saffron in 2-3 tsp milk.
  3. Add milk & let it come to a boil.
  4. Cook it till seviyan done.
  5. Add nuts, saffron, sugar, cardamom powder & cook it for another 5 mins.
  6. Transfer it into a glass bowl, garnish with almond, pistachio, cashew nut.
  7. Delicious seviyan is ready to serve.
