Instructions
- Heat ghee in a pan add seviyan & fry till golden brown.
- Soak saffron in 2-3 tsp milk.
- Add milk & let it come to a boil.
- Cook it till seviyan done.
- Add nuts, saffron, sugar, cardamom powder & cook it for another 5 mins.
- Transfer it into a glass bowl, garnish with almond, pistachio, cashew nut.
- Delicious seviyan is ready to serve.
