Ingredients

  • Shake 'n Bake seasoning

Instructions

  1. Dip potatoes in milk and coat with Shake 'n Bake seasoning.
  2. Season with salt to taste.
  3. Place coated potatoes on a cookie sheet with 1/8 inch of cooking oil.
  4. Bake at 400°F for 30 minutes.
  5. Turn the potatoes 2 or 3 times during baking.
  6. Serve with sour cream.
