Ingredients

  • 1 pkg shallots minced
  • 1 tbs butter
  • 1 tps chopped thyme
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • salt/pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Saute shallots in butter with thyme until glazed.
  2. Add broth and reduce by half. Add remaining butter and seasoning.
