Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°.
- Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in large glass bowl at medium speed for approximately 2 minutes.
- Add eggs and mix at high speed until smooth.
- Fill crust 1/3 full with mixture and lace with caramel topping.
- Sprinkle with chocolate chips and pecan pieces.
- Pour remaining on top, repeat with chips, pecans and caramel.
- Bake at 375° for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool completely, cover with Saran Wrap and refrigerate, preferably overnight.
