Shells And Broccoli

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch broccoli, cut into small pieces
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 c. olive oil
  • 1 box medium pasta shells
  • grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta.
  2. Meanwhile, saute garlic in olive oil in a large skillet.
  3. Add broccoli with a few tablespoons of pasta water. Cook lightly.
  4. Drain pasta and place on plates.
  5. Top with broccoli. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan.
