Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hamburg
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 cans mixed vegetables
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 3 c. mashed potatoes

Instructions

  1. Brown hamburg and onion in skillet; add vegetables and stir to blend.
  2. Place in greased casserole.
  3. Spread mashed potatoes over top.
  4. Bake at 350° about 30 minutes or until brown.
  5. Serves 6 to 8.
