Ingredients

  • 1 small head shredded cabbage
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 2 medium apples chopped
  • vegetable oil for frying
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Add a little vegetable oil to a skillet and heat it.
  3. Pour the mixture into the skillet and fry slowly over medium heat.
  4. Add water to the skillet, then simmer until the cabbage and apples are tender and cooked through.
