Shortbread Tarts

Instructions
- Combine butter, powdered sugar and flour in bowl.
- Roll small amount of dough into balls the size of a walnut.
- Place on cookie sheet and indent with thumb or large end of mellon baller.
- Using a teaspoon, place small amount of jam or jelly in indentation. Bake at 350° for 12 to 15 minutes until bottom of tart is golden. Cool on sheet and remove to flat surface.
