Ingredients

  • 1 c. finely chopped cooked shrimp
  • 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
  • 6 ripe olives, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
  • 1 Tbsp. crumbled blue cheese
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/3 c. dairy sour cream

Instructions

  1. Toss together shrimp, green peppers, olives, pimento, blue cheese, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  2. Gently blend in sour cream.
