Shrimp Roll-Ups

Ingredients

  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen tiny shrimp, chopped up
  • 3 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • mayonnaise (about 1 Tbsp., but not too much or mixture will be runny)
  • onion powder to taste
  • garlic powder to taste
  • 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 8-inch flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. Mix ingredients together and spread 1/4 cup mixture on each tortilla; roll up tightly.
  2. Wrap in plastic and refrigerate for 3 to 8 hours.
  3. Slice into 8 pieces and serve.
  4. Great for parties!
