Ingredients

  • 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple, drained well
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 stick margarine

Instructions

  1. Grease a loaf pan.
  2. Drain the crushed pineapple well and line the pan with it.
  3. Sift the yellow cake mix over the pineapple in the pan.
  4. Dribble one stick of melted margarine over the cake mix, covering it completely.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 25 minutes.
