Silk Coconut Balls

Ingredients

  • 180 grams Grated Coconut
  • 50 grams Grinded sugar
  • 2 Egg whites
  • 2 tbsp Corn flour
  • 20 grams butter
  • 1 tbsp Nuts

Instructions

  1. Mix sugar,coconut and cornflour in a seperate bowl.
  2. In the egg white add butter and beat,the more you beat the fluffier will be the balls.
  3. Mix all the dry ingredients in the egg and mix with hand or spoon.
  4. If the mixture dont get tight easily you can add an egg yolk
  5. Mix all the batter to form a smooth dough.
  6. Make balls with the dough and put these balls in the oven for 7 to 8 mins at 160 degrees C.
  7. You can turn aside the balls after a few mins so that they are baked evenly.
  8. You can decorate your silk coconut balls with nuts
  9. You can eat fresh and can also store them in air tight jars.
