- Mix sugar,coconut and cornflour in a seperate bowl.
- In the egg white add butter and beat,the more you beat the fluffier will be the balls.
- Mix all the dry ingredients in the egg and mix with hand or spoon.
- If the mixture dont get tight easily you can add an egg yolk
- Mix all the batter to form a smooth dough.
- Make balls with the dough and put these balls in the oven for 7 to 8 mins at 160 degrees C.
- You can turn aside the balls after a few mins so that they are baked evenly.
- You can decorate your silk coconut balls with nuts
- You can eat fresh and can also store them in air tight jars.
