Ingredients

  • 10 chicken wings
  • 1/4 c. sherry
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 2 green onions, cut in 1-inch pieces (tops and all)

Instructions

  1. Discard tip on wings, disjoint others.
  2. Combine other ingredients in heavy saucepan.
  3. Add wings.
  4. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
  5. Uncover and simmer for 15 minutes
