Ingredients

  • 3/4 lb. thin strip chicken breasts
  • 3/4 c. reduced calorie Italian dressing
  • 16 oz. Green Giant American mixture frozen veggies (California style)
  • hot cooked pasta
  • grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, combine chicken and about 1/3 of the Italian dressing.
  2. Saute until chicken starts to brown.
  3. Add vegetables and remaining dressing.
  4. Cover and simmer 7 to 9 minutes until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring frequently.
  5. Serve over hot cooked pasta and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
