Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 2 teaspoons dried crushed red pepper
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients, stirring to combine. Store in refrigerator up to 3 days, or freeze up to 1 month.
