Simple Pasta Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz.) bag large pasta shells
  • 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, cubed
  • 1 can pitted black olives
  • 1 pt. cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 large cucumbers, peeled and chopped
  • 1 bunch green onions, sliced
  • 3 Tbsp. oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta al dente.
  2. Combine pasta with remaining ingredients.
  3. Serve as a main dish on a hot summer evening with large slices of fresh French bread and an iced beverage.
