Single Lady Banana Split
Ingredients
- 1 Banana
- 1/4 cups Vanilla Yogurt
- 1 Tablespoon Jam (I Used Strawberry) ⓘ
- 1 Tablespoon Nutella
Instructions
- Peel the banana, split it in half lengthwise and then cut it in half down the middle so you have four slices. Lay the halves in a shallow bowl and spoon the yogurt on top.
- Warm the jam in the microwave until it is runny (about 15 seconds). Warm the Nutella the same way.
- Drizzle the warm jam and warm Nutella over the yogurt and sprinkle the pistachios on top. Top it off with sliced fresh plums and enjoy!
