Ingredients

  • 1 can Sweet Corn
  • 1 can Hearts of Palm
  • 1 Ripe avacado
  • Lemon Juice
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Olive Oil
  • Mayo

Instructions

  1. Drain can of Sweet Corn place in medium bowl. Drain Hearts of Palm and cut into smaller pieces place in bowl. Cube Avacado place in bowl. Mix then add lemon juice just a squirt, Dash of salt, Dash of pepper,(1/2 tsp Mayo)and a Dash of Olive Oil. I eyeball these and just add for taste. Mix well.
