Six Layer Pineapple Cake

Ingredients

  • 2 sticks butter
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 c. self-rising flour
  • 1 c. plain flour
  • 1 can Carnation milk

Instructions

  1. In large bowl, combine butter and sugar; let butter soften a little.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Add egg yellows and mix; then combine flour and milk until mix is creamy.
  4. Grease and flour 9-inch round baking pans.
  5. Spoon in 3 large spoonfuls of batter with "large" spoon.
  6. Bake at 325° until cake is golden brown.
  7. Layers will be thin.
  8. This is a six layer cake.
