- In a large nonstick skillet over high heat, stir
- olive oil, cloves of garlic, bay leaf and crushed red pepper until garlic just begins to color, about 30 seconds.
- Add shrimp.
- Season with salt.
- Stir until shrimp turns pink, 2 to 3 minutes.
- Stir in dry white wine and fresh lemon juice.
- Adjust seasonings; transfer to a platter and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
- Serve immediately. Can be an appetizer or main dish.
