- Trim off fat.
- Cut into 1/8 inch slices across the grain.
- Marinate at least 4 hours, stirring sliced beef on bamboo skewers like ribbon candy.
- Barbecue over charcoal or set oven to broil.
- Brown 4 inches away from broiler for just a few minutes, turning over once to brown both sides.
