- Brown meat, onion and garlic in large cast-iron skillet. Drain excess grease.
- Add tomatoes, salt and pepper and simmer 15 minutes.
- Add cabbage.
- Cook until tender.
- Cover while cooking this mixture.
- This is a one-pan dinner.
- Cook macaroni according to directions.
- Add to pan and mix thoroughly.
- Serve while still hot.
