Instructions
- Remove pork from beans and mash into bacon fat.
- Heat fat. Add cabbage and cover.
- Cook over moderate heat about five minutes.
- Stir in beans, cream or milk.
- Add seasoning.
- Cover and continue cooking five more minutes or until cabbage is very tender.
- Makes 4 average servings.
