Instructions
- Fry bacon until crisp.
- Remove bacon, add diced onions and peppers.
- Cook until transparent.
- Roll cut okra in cornmeal.
- Add to skillet and brown.
- Put sliced tomatoes on top and simmer 15 minutes.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and crumbled bacon on top.
