Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. self-rising flour
  • 1/2 stick softened margarine
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. coconut

Instructions

  1. Blend flour, eggs, sugar and margarine.
  2. Add milk and vanilla and mix.
  3. Stir in coconut.
  4. Pour into a cold buttered iron skillet.
  5. Bake in medium oven at 300°
  6. for 30 to 40 minutes or until a knife inserted in pie comes out clean.
