Slender Fries
Crispy, paprika-spiced potato fries with a tender interior, perfect as a snack or side dish for casual gatherings and loved by all ages.

Instructions
- Cut potatoes into 1/2 inch wide sticks.
- Wash and place in ice water for 30 minutes. Drain and pat dry.
- Put oil, paprika, and salt in a freezer bag.
- Add potatoes to the bag and shake to coat.
- Place the coated potatoes in a pan.
- Bake at 425°F for 30 to 35 minutes.
- Turn the fries over once during baking.
