Crispy, paprika-spiced potato fries with a tender interior, perfect as a snack or side dish for casual gatherings and loved by all ages.

Ingredients

  • 2 medium potatoes
  • 2 tsp. paprika
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • cooking oil

Instructions

  1. Cut potatoes into 1/2 inch wide sticks.
  2. Wash and place in ice water for 30 minutes. Drain and pat dry.
  3. Put oil, paprika, and salt in a freezer bag.
  4. Add potatoes to the bag and shake to coat.
  5. Place the coated potatoes in a pan.
  6. Bake at 425°F for 30 to 35 minutes.
  7. Turn the fries over once during baking.
