Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef or 1 lb turkey, if you prefer
  • 1 medium onion
  • shredded cheese
  • beef gravy
  • bread to toast or bun, if you prefere

Instructions

  1. cook beef and onion together in skillet until done and onions are to your liking.
  2. add shredded cheese until melted.
  3. toast bread or buns.
  4. top with meat and gravy.
  5. ****french fries or tattor totts go great with this*****.
