Slow Cooker Chicken & Corn Chowder

Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 2 cups all purpose potatoes
  • 1 carrots
  • 1 celery
  • 28 ounces cream style corn
  • 1 lipton recip secret golden onion soup mix
  • 4 slices bacon, crisp-cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup whipping heavy cream

Instructions

  1. In slow cooker, combine all ingredients except bacon and heavy cream.
  2. Cook covered on LOW 8 to 10 hours or HIGH 4 to 6 hours or until chicken is thoroughly cooked. Stir in bacon and heavy cream. Garnish, if desired, with shredded cheddar cheese.
