Ingredients

  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 c. water

Instructions

  1. Mix first 4 ingredients.
  2. Add egg and water.
  3. Dip smelt in mixture and deep fry.
