Smoked Cabbage

- 1. Cut the base off the cabbage and set to the side to be used later for a cap. 2. Dig a hole into the cabbage through the base but not all the way through.
- Set aside "insides" for later use. 3. Brown the pork sausage with the onion and all the in gedients. Spoon the sausage into the cabbage shell.
- Replace cabbage cap. 4. Wrap in aluminum foil and place on grill (medium heat) for appx 1 hour.
- Any left over sausage can be mixed with the cabbage cut out of the center and wrapped in aluminum foil also.
